Tang Bao

Tang Bao is the name of a character unique to a Chinese-exclusive stage show called "My Little Pony: Adventures In Daming Palace". The show featured interactive projections or screens of some sort, and told a story about the Mane 6 and Discord using magic scrolls to travel into the past and meet historical Chinese figures. There were a few original characters created for the show, one of them being Tang Bao.

While we have a couple pieces of concept art and a few seconds of blurry footage from the show, it is considered lost media and little is known about it. Tang Bao appears to be inspired by kirin/quilin but looks nothing like the ones from FiM, and whether or not he is considered one is unknown.
